Payment Terms and conditions:

• You can sign up and try Vaca Rental Home, LLC for 30 days and if you are not satisfied you can cancel and choose not to keep your annual subscription.
• Once you are charged for the subscription package, there will be NO Refunds.
• You may choose or change your package at any time
• Owners will need to show proof of ownership and upload a utility bill or if you are leasing a property, you must show proof of lease and drivers license
• Once your listing is approved, we will make your listing LIVE!!
• Please make sure that all of the pictures that you post are bright, clear and have no copywright or infringement posted in the picture
• Make sure the rooms are staged professionally and showcased accordingly
• Please make sure that there are no photos of people, pets, last names  etc in your showcase photos
• Make sure that you have screened your guests and people that you choose to hire and co-hosts
