Backuntry flats fishing trips $550 1/2 day $650 full day; 28’ Grady White deep sea $1200 full day, soda pop, snacks, bait n tackle included.

Cabin will be meticulously cleaned disinfected safe to stay.

Park in front of the Cabin, door is open keys on dinette table and house rules/manuals, please take the time to read, best to avoid any issues, any questions or concerns you are welcome to ask the host.

NO early checkin, no exceptions.

Outdoors gas bbq/side burner 🔥

Kitchenette “no stove top”microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, basic cooking gadgets pots & pan, utensils, plates; some spices, sugar, salt, vinegar, olive oil and all can goods foods; when available as courtesy.

Please, Keep the kitchenette and bbq clean; avoid bugs 🐜

All toiletries, beach towels included.

Absolutely No smoking in the Cabin or porch or near our home avoid additional cleaning fee.

Smart Air Conditioner electronically controlled.

Smart tv 49 preprogrammed local channels, signal maybe impaired if settings are changed.

Two Ceiling fan, switches by the front door, be easy on the switches. They’re fragile!!

Gate remote control by front door wall.

Keep the gate closed at all times it won’t close automatically.

Gate left opened, remote will deactivate.
