The space
This open floor plan, three bedroom home (each with king beds) features streaming services, high-speed internet, fully stocked kitchen, fresh linens and towels. Private entrance from two bedrooms onto the lanai and pool deck makes a great sharable home with family and friends!

There is a propane gas outdoor fire table available as well as a gas propane grill, each with their own covers. Please see Rules.

Note: Basic cleaning of the grill is done. As we cannot anticipate the level of usage during each reservation, we request each guest assist in ensuring the grill is cleaned prior to and after their use.

Parking on-site. LIMIT 4 cars per reservation. Thanks for not parking on the grass!
Guest access
Guests have private access to the whole house, except the owner’s closet, storage cupboard in the 3rd bedroom and cupboards in garage.

We've provided many of the basics below to help make this vacation house a home for your family/friend get together or girls/guys escape to the sunshine state! Whether you like to cook in the kitchen or bring food in, you'll find everything you need for up to 8 guests.

Travelling with a young child? A pack-n-play with additional mattress, linens and blanket are available upon request. Toddler friendly plates, forks, knives and spoons are readily available in the kitchen! There is a stroller and jogging stroller available for use.

We do not provide daily housekeeping.

There are 3 outdoor security cameras for safety.

IMPORTANT THING TO NOTE: MAX occupancy at any time - 10 guests total - No Parties/Events permitted without owner approval prior.

This home is located in a very residential area and the neighbors are great! Seriously, we cannot stress enough the respect we have for our neighbors! Absolutely NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC are allowed at this home. This home is suitable for family and close friends who want to spend quality time together around the pool and the outdoor seating area. You will also find many of our favorite games for all to enjoy including outdoor corn hole and Jenga or indoor wall Scrabble, Uno, Skip-bo, and more!

Pool is solar heated, but a secondary pool heater is available from Nov - Mar, if needed, at a rate of $25/day for fall/winter 2024. Fee will be added at end of stay.
