A rare and a custom design RV you have to stay in. The backyard is shared with no more than four people. This retro style camp is not far from downtown. The space
This oasis of coolness is located 2 miles from downtown St.Peterburg. The outdoor space is shared no more than five people including yourself. The space I have built is something I call my little Oasis and I am happy to share the experience with others. This backyard you will find lots of cool things to do. Chill out, what I call the VIP lounge or get some Florida sun in the sun chairs. Beach is about 15 mins away if choose that instead. Relax in the unique mini pool set up with a drink. After hours the place lights up where there are plenty of things to do with each other or other guests! I have Yard Yahtzee, corn hole, Board games, and much more. Later in the night relax by the fire pit for a cozy fire. ( Fire logs Available for sale). I also provide a self serves snack and Drink bar for sale items if you dont have to go to the store every time if you are wanted a drink or munchy. just write in the book what you have and check-out before you leave. the property also has an outdoor kitchen for you to use (alcohol not provided).I host guests around the world that's really great to know some people if you happened meet but then go back to your tiny private space. I been working hard to create wonderful space and be involved with the community. It is not the freshly cut grass neighborhood with beautiful homes in more well develop area but perfectly safe base out 300 peoples feedback which I believe is a lot of information to make a determination to book. I make up with the space and the location to downtown. With that said I cant offer refunds base off the neighborhood. I rarely get cancelation because of this but I believe any guest should know beforehand.:) I do live the on property but away most times. so if there is anything you need please let me know, I will be close by. Other things to note
There is no smoking in the trailer. The shower is roomy but maybe difficult with larger people.
There is a couch but comfortably sleep someone 5,6 or small.
The Property backyard is shared space with plenty of space and seating area for guest. The guest houses are privately yours. Each guest has some patio chairs for them outdoor there guests which usually other respect that space. All hotels have a pool and common space the guest shared. I would say most of the time you maybe just you and other time you may meet another cool person from a different part of the world.
